This December, trade the traditional Christmas banquet for an unforgettable Fire & Ice holiday experience at Prairieland.

With celebrations taking place on two exclusive Thursdays, it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the season without giving up your weekend.

Passionate players, singers, and lifelong fans of the genre, they’re dedicated to entertaining crowds across Canada and connecting with those who, like them, grew up on this iconic music.

Darryl Anderson brings a powerful fusion of country roots and rock ‘n’ roll energy to the stage. Based in Saskatoon and fueled by small-town Saskatchewan grit, Darryl Anderson & Rivers Edge are known for their explosive live shows, blending original tracks like “Radio Save My Soul” with high-octane covers that keep the crowd moving. Winners of the 2024 SCMA Emerging Artist of the Year, the band delivers a hard-hitting sound built on storytelling lyrics, gritty vocals, and driving guitar riffs.
Meet Your Host: A Saskatoon Legend
We’re excited to welcome Saskatoon radio legend Mark “Shack” Loshack as our host for the evening! With nearly 35 years on the air, Shack has interviewed rock icons from AC/DC to Led Zeppelin and spent 14 years hosting Cooked with Shack, blending cooking with local music and fun. He’s also a custom guitar builder for artists like Gordie Johnson of Big Sugar. With his trademark wit, energy, and passion for the community, Shack is the perfect guide for this unforgettable night. His motto? “We’re only on this earth for a limited time, don’t waste it, and above all… have fun!”
